1. Who we are
runs Jaipur Owner, a free property classifieds site for Jaipur. Owners, dealers and builders post houses, flats, plots, PGs, shops and projects, and buyers and tenants browse them. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the site as a visitor, a poster (owner, dealer or builder), or a partner (influencer or listing partner).
2. Information we collect
- Posters and partners: email address, password (stored and protected by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see it), name, mobile number, whether you list as owner, dealer or builder, property details (category, area, price, description), property photos, and any partner code you use.
- Buyers and tenants: name, mobile number, what you are looking for (area, property type, budget), your preferred time to be called, any note you write, and the referral code you used, if any. You give us this when you ask for a callback or set up a property alert.
- On your device: your saved properties, recently viewed properties and language choice are kept in your own browser storage and are not sent to us.
- Usage data: we count how many times a listing is opened (a simple number, not linked to you). We may also use Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage statistics such as which pages are visited.
3. How we use it
- To publish property listings and to review, hide or remove them when needed.
- To call or message you on WhatsApp or phone about your listing, callback request or alert.
- To match buyers and tenants with new listings and to arrange visits.
- To calculate and pay commission to influencers and listing partners for finalised deals.
- To prevent fraud, fake listings and misuse, and to keep records the law requires.
- To improve the site.
4. Who can see your information
- Public: once a listing is posted, its photos, price, area, type, other details and description are public. Do not put phone numbers, ID documents or people's faces in photos or descriptions.
- Poster's name, phone and email: never shown on the public site. Only our team can see them. Buyers and tenants contact Jaipur Owner, not the poster.
- Buyer and tenant details: only our team. We may share a name and number with the poster when arranging a visit.
- Partners: influencers and listing partners see only their own listings and commission figures, never a buyer's or tenant's name or number.
- Service providers: Google Firebase (login, database, optional analytics), Cloudinary (photo storage), Netlify (hosting) and Google Fonts. They process data only to provide their service.
- We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it if the law or a court requires, or to protect against fraud.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account or listing is active and for as long as needed for deal records, accounting and legal reasons. Callback and alert requests are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can stop alerts at any time. Posters can edit a listing or mark it as rented or sold from the My listings page. To make a request, contact us using the details on the About & Contact page. We will reply within a reasonable time and follow the Indian law that applies to us, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it comes into force.
7. Security
Data is stored with Google Firebase behind access rules so that posters see only their own listings and private details are readable only by our team. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and do not share it.
8. Children
Jaipur Owner is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use the site only with a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
