1. About the service
Jaipur Owner is run by . It is a free online classifieds site for property in Jaipur. Owners, dealers and builders post houses, flats, plots, PGs, shops, offices and new projects for rent and for sale, and buyers and tenants browse them. We are not the owner, dealer or builder of the properties listed and we are not a party to any rent or sale agreement between a poster and a buyer or tenant.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. By using the site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
4. Listing a property
- Choose correctly whether you are listing as owner, dealer or builder. If you are not the owner, you must have the owner's clear permission to list the property.
- Price, photos and details must be true and current. Photos must be of the actual property. No duplicate or fake listings.
- A listing goes live right away, with no approval step. We may edit, hide or remove any listing, or block an account, at any time.
- You can edit a live listing at any time and it stays live. A listing hidden by our team cannot be made live again by you.
- Please mark a property as rented or sold as soon as it is let or sold, so others are not misled.
- You allow us to display the photos and text you submit on the site and in our promotions.
5. No commission
Posting, browsing and contacting us are free. Jaipur Owner takes no commission or service fee from owners, dealers, builders, buyers or tenants.
6. Listings are not verified
Listings are posted by users and Jaipur Owner does not verify documents. Sale and plot listings carry more fraud risk than rent, so check ownership, approvals and papers yourself before you pay anything.
7. For buyers and tenants
- Give correct contact details when you ask for a callback or alert.
- See the property in person before you pay anything. Do not pay any advance or token amount to anyone before you have visited and checked the property and its documents.
- We cannot guarantee that a property is available, that its condition matches the photos, that its papers are valid, or that a poster will honour what was promised.
- Any rent or sale agreement, deposit and verification is between you and the poster. Complete the paperwork the law requires.
8. Influencer and listing partner programmes
Influencers and listing partners earn a commission, shown on their dashboard, only for deals that are finalised and paid. Self-referral, fake leads, listings without the owner's permission, or any misuse can lead to the code being switched off and unpaid commission being withheld. We may change commission rates for future deals.
9. What you must not do
- Post false, misleading, illegal or offensive content.
- Send spam or fake callback requests, or collect other users' details.
- Copy or scrape the site, or try to break or bypass its security.
10. Our responsibility
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep listings accurate, but we are not responsible for disputes between posters and buyers or tenants, for losses from a deal, or for the site being unavailable from time to time. Where the law allows, our liability is limited as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk. You can stop using the site at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
